interesting post. It covers some of the topics I wrote about in the "power" thread and the "failing at the evoking the guilty plea" thread. I'm surprised that an academic picked up and wrote on these topics because they are so unpopular. This is probably the reason why the books are published by a nonprofit looking broke publisher.

Great find. Was it useful? I'm too swamped with school work to sit down and read a book right now.
If it's good then I'm definitely putting it on my wishlist for book reading.
