Yes of course. But I think that the anger I felt at first helped me get to this point faster.

it was like: I was angry and then I realized that since sociaty and women are like this, there is no escape but to rely only on myself for my happiness

I said 'sociaty and women' because:

*usually most people learn the harsh truths about sociaty and women only later in life (and some never do...) because you already learn from a young age that other men will disappoint you & the media doesn't portray men as angels like it does to women.

And

*As men we are not intrested in having a relationship, sex or a family with other men so it stings more when you see that the other gender you are attracted to and want to be with- is not like you thought.
