Like I said, I've just always been in touch with it...I never repressed it because I got teased or anything like most guys do. Hell I'll burst into tears if I feel like it...it's just a part of me that I wholly accept.

I never imagined that about you. But you once said that you have worked on your emotions and now you don't feel butterflies for example...
so if you are in touch with your feminine side, how were you able to shut down your emotions then?

It is a skill which I believe every man should develop through whatever means necessary.

In relation to his whole life, not just one area.

Embracing your emotions is all well and good, avoiding being run by them requires a certain level of logic, clear thought and detachment from your emotions.

Because I don't know the/your defenition of "feminine energy".
What does it mean? And what does it include? And what does it not include? and what does it entail?

some things are hard to put into words esp. energy but I'll do my best:
I guess it's that special warm energy\feeling that you got\get from a woman but can't get it from guys.

this is my best way to describe it since it's hard to describe. But if anyone can describe it better go ahead ;)

maybe female energy has to do with nurture, I'm still not sure about that....

Feminine Energy; "Live in the now" and that is why they
draw their State from their immediate environment, from
da man. Or if the environment is stronger than the man´s
Energy , then the other environment, like her social programming
or peer pressure or whatever, but not from him if he´s low in his
State.

search for Love. Yin

A Feature of the Masculine is his purpose, and search
for freedom. Yang

Men&women have both Energies. If a man knows how to live in the
now, then he is in touch w/his Feminine Energy.
If he has a strong purpose, then he´s in touch w/his Masculine
Energy.

If a woman is not in tune w/her Feminine Energy, then there´s very
little a man can do to help her get that out. She will have to do her
own work to get in touch with it.

In that case. When i'm at my free time, I'm then also very much in touch with my feminine side. Since at free time, I just shut off my head/thinking and just be all present and blank.
When I'm working and planning where I like my busniess to go, which is most of the day since I work plenty hours. I'm and need to be thinking and be in my head a lot of the time.

So I guess then, to get in touch with the feminine side of yourself, as a men at a certain moment. You just gotta put of your head and the thinking, and just be.

You can be in the now AND not be run by your emotions.

What is 'logic'? Making clear decisions based on what you know. It's NOT 'being in your head'.

Stay attentive and present (observe).

When emotions come up, observe, allow, accept them for what they are.

When thoughts come up, notice that they are thoughts, allow, accept them for what they are.

Remain logical = neither the feelings nor thoughts get to be in charge and make the decisions.
