I remember a while back you said mirrior affirmations sucked, basically because there is no emotion in them and you look retarted while doing them... and that long before you knew what "the secret" was you were visualising what you wanted and who you wanted to be so vivdly you could touch it and smell it and viola, in time it all came to fruition.

I've been doing that exercise as well, it's real name is autogenic training and man, some crazy shit is starting to happen...I don't belive it's because of some mystical law of attraction force in the universe, but you're just programing your sub-concious with new beliefs which will alter behaviour. Do you still do it or is everything so internalized now you don't need to anymore?

I do it all the time.

Hell, I'm doing it right now as I sit here at work...visualizing the new car I want...I can see the blue LED's popping out of the gauges...smell the leather seats mixing with new car smell...hear the radio blasting my favorite song as I mash the gas on a crisp spring day with the sunroof open.

I do this ALL THE TIME.

Kidd, when you do the visualizing (while you are not at work...) do you do any breathing technicks to get your brain into alpha state before you visualize?
