well yes, in a way.....
Generally speaking:
In bars and night clubs women usually have bitch shields. Also in those places women are getting approached a lot so they feel that their 'stocks' are much higher than in other environments.

I think bars and clubs are by far the easiest place to meet women because it's socially acceptable and expected to interact with strangers there as opposed to say, a grocery store...not saying the quality is good, well depending on what you're looking for.

If you believe they are friendly and open to be approached then they will be.

Very true. With this newfound awareness you must keep a non-biased attitude. You can't walk around thinking "alright which one of these bitches am I gonna have to put in their place tonight?" That's fighting with the matrix again. Instead go about your business and remain aware of what goes on. See things for what they actually are and not what you think they are.

Sniper, when you go out, you need to go out with the intention of having a good time. as Peregrinus posted, you should have a good vibe. also you have to be able to tell when a female is putting herself in your "Perimeter", or making herself approachable.
