Hey dude,

There's a LOT of content on this forum so if I'm asking a question you've already answered feel free to just post link/s.

As I'm elaborating on some of my posts I don't really understand how to be indifferent or how to change my inner world to become who I deserve to be.

What exercises or strategies did you incorporate to change your inner game? I know you've mentioned that you did a lot of work. So when you decided to change what steps did you take?

Thanks!

You're gonna learn (the hard way it would seem) that we don't hand hold around here...this forum is all about SELF-realization...which means you have to take it upon YOURSELF to search the forums and find what you are looking for...that is how you really appreciate something...not if it is just handed to you. It's time for you to stop posting for a awhile, lurk a bit and start reading EVERYTHING...starting with what Sniper has outlined. If you put in the work, you'll get the results. :geek:

You'll thank me later. ;)

Thanks for the replies. Kidd, I'm not asking you to hold my hand. Was simply interested to know your personal journey. Thought I might gain some inspiration from it or techniques you used for self-realization. Just want to add I have read a lot of this forum. Several pages worth of both the Treasure Chest and Kiddz Corner. That's what I meant when I said there was a lot of material.

But I did have some interesting thoughts today and a possible way to really access any demons I've got lurking around. Will post for some thoughts at some point tonight.

Also contemplating the idea of doing my own subliminals. That way I know what's going into my mind. And creating my own useful visualisations.

If you read what they already told you, :| you would know how this gentleman is in the place where we like to be.

@subliminals:
I experimented with that shit, just gonna share what I've got. No significant changes.
Do the inner work instead, it works better and it's not a bandaid solution. Because IT'S WORK.

Self-recognition, just like everybody said. The most important thing is knowing that searching for something outside of yourself to help you with any issues/beliefs you have is never, ever going to work.

Best of luck to you.

If your interested in techniques, learn yoga. Eventually you will have to move beyond seeing it as a technique but it's a starting point. A way to bridge the gap between the way you think now and the optimal way of thinking. (or a building jump)
