Hi The Kidd!!

I have a question about something you wrote in "Leading by example". In the third story you wrote:

If you still remember what you meant here... I understand you wrote this more than 10 years ago.
It's probably already covered somewhere in all the other post, but can you just point it out to me? I am really curious and I can't really find what you are talking about here.
