Hey Kidd please bestow upon me thy knowledge! In conversations my voice is quiet and at times my posture is bad, do these things matter to women or is it another thing I shouldn't care about? I could try to speak louder but it would come accross as inauthentic and I could straighten up for the purpose of attracting women but that too would be inauthentic. |

You wanna be yourself, but what you describe is low self-esteem related posturing. In other words, you still have a lot of inner work you should be doing before you start trying to do much approaching. You gotta spend a lot of time in the gym before you enter your first weightlifting competition. |

Thanks Kidd. My posture comes from listening to a PUA called Rob Brinded he 'specialises' in body restructuring, conditioning the fascia beneath the skin. I did this and now my shoulder looks seperated I look like a walking question mark. My question is, if I have high self esteem, which I do, will my posture matter all that much to other people or should I work on how I walk? |

If you have high self esteem, you WILL have good posture. It is a byproduct. |

I could try to speak louder but it would come accross as inauthentic and I could straighten up for the purpose of attracting women but that too would be inauthentic. To add, 99% of the time it's pretty obvious to others when someone conciously tries to make himself sound cool; or tries to stand/walk/behave/etc. cool.

No I'm not listening to PUAs they can't give me anything of value.
