Learn to cook.

How can you be an independent man able to stand on your own two feet if you cannot feed yourself?

Funny thing is, I run into more and more women nowadays who cannot or do not want to cook. Instant fail in my view.

So what did you see in these women that repulsed and what interactions between man and woman dynamics took place that you were able to see clearer ??

Apologies for missing this.

Two points:
a) What did I see in these women that repulsed me
Once I looked past the 'facade' or 'mask' of the women, once I put aside the societal beliefs as to what comprises that thing called 'beauty', then I started to see more clearly what they were really like inside.

This lead me to a lot of things that repulsed me about some women, these features tended to be more accentuated in those considered 'beautiful' - because of societal training men tend to pander to them more. This is not always the case though and can be considered to be across the board, just to a lesser or greater degree depending on the woman in question.

Women who:
Consider themselves above the 'normal' person
Wholy judge people by their outside appearance
Are wholy and unashamaedly selfish to unbelievable degrees
See men as purely wallets
See men as toys to be played with emotionally
See all humans as toys to be played with
Are fundamentally damaged emotionally or mentally
Treat others with contempt and distain
Have no personal ethical code or morals (I am not talking sex here)
Lie like you would not believe
Manipulate others constantly
Are incapable of empathy
Are incapable of 'caring' about another humans welbeing
Are incapable of maintaining a relationship with ANY other human being
Have no conscience at all
Would be labelled psychopaths more easily if they were male
Are capable of murdering another human without a second thought

These are some of the things that repulsed me and continue to do so.

I have met some women who were not outwardly that attractive yet had such nice characters that you would toss aside all of these so called 'beautiful' women for them. There is just no comparison.

What is on the outside does not tell you what is inside. In fact, I would go on to say, the better the outside usually the worse the inside (to a point). There is also a point at which a bad outside also shows a bad inside.

Again, it all comes back to observation.

b) What interactions between man and woman could I see clearer
See above list, they should give you some clues.

The whole male female dynamic, in particular just how much men allow themselves to be manipulated by women. They seem to welcome it and actively encourage it from what I have seen.
How men have totally lost their backbone, physically, emotionally and mentally.

How women respond to this and treat it with distain and contempt.

How women really need the opposite, a male who they cannot get away with that with.

How what men thinks work does not and how the counter-intuitive things do work.

Same.

I heard it from a family member that some kind (I'm guessing faux) survey showed that men are better cooks than women. It could have just been a head count of professional chefs. It sounded right to me because women are just not cooking food anymore. They tend to deal in pastries and cakes.

You know, the kind of food that just tries to impress other people.

'Oh I'll make you a cake, do you like Victoria Sponge? I make a great Victoria Sponge. I can make great cupcakes too'.

I always agree to a Victoria Sponge because its lovely and not chocolate obsessed. However, I do expect a main course before desert and no I don't want wine or coffee because I don't drink that stuff. Water or Ribena will do fine thank you, even a hot chocolate will suffice.

I'm sorry, what is it that you live on again? Oh, a salad. Of course. What else? Just salad and chocolate, then? Right.

This is the whole reason why the seduction community was founded. It is (to a large extent) based on all this. No new information here, except:

Are capable of murdering another human without a second thought

Surely, that must have been a minority.

My Ex cooks for me, it is worth so many points. :D

Me too Grinus, if you can stop to look beyond the mask women put out, you see that their intentions while not all bad are less than good in a large group. That was the thing that single handedly destroyed my illusions of women being perfect. Red pill.

Hello Peregrinus! My respect for your discipline and will-power for doing this celibacy. I have some questions (i know its long time ago).. Did your dreams changed during this time?

Can you explain what you mean/experienced for the underlined sentence?

Yes they did

I found I remembered my dreams a lot less.

Also my sleep was greatly enhanced.

Exactly what I said in the sentence.

The things I thought would work, did not.

Doing the opposite usually had a much better effect.

Basically, society and family are teaching us to fail and pointing us in the wrong direction.

Ignoring that and going with your gut is far more rewarding.

63 days so far of no stimulation, been just a bit over a year for sex. I've had opportunities here and there but never pursued, my experience with my ex has made me even more staunch I guess but fuck it. Every time I busted inside that crazy bitch I could've ruined my life, that's still pretty strong in my mind whenever I talk to a chick I like and I don't care if I never have sex again.

I usually felt like shit after porn anyways, same for self-stimulation so I don't feel the need to ever go back, feeling like shit is not worth that momentary moment of pleasure.

This experience is beneficial to me, letting my brain reset and giving myself the opportunity to plant new seeds.

I'm close to two. That's going to be drawing to an end in the next month or two. Once my exams are done.

Yep, a sobering thought.

Me as well. It has definitely changed my mind. It's forced me to learn how to truly not give a singular fuck. I could honestly care less if I ever got laid again. It's nothing to me. That in a sense eliminated the staunchness. It's the same lessons learned originally but to a deeper level.

The biggest issue I think people face once they get the tactics and strategies down. Is to be too nice and take mercy on people. Life isn't about love and kindness. Life is about winning, no emotion, no staunchness just lines of code.

The amount of front blasting power you gain from extended periods of retreat are excellent as well.

It's interesting how I see this opinion to be so strong in black people. I don't want to get racist here or say it is wrong. Whilst I agree the law of the jungle is strong in the world (Can't be any other way really), I think being content with oneself is also good. I think it is possible to be happy with your life without "winning" with no emotion - I think this is so dominant in you INTJs and other T people, that highest ideal is without emotions.. :)

Truthfully speaking, it’s impossible to win with no emotions because we’re human, so we have emotions. So, to better word his quote, it should read “win with controlled emotions.” As a matter of fact, emotions are actually beneficial—as long as you can control your emotions. When you understand--and have control of your emotions--you’re better able to read people because you can understand them.
I’m sharing my below post because I went into detail about the benefits of emotions. This post hasn’t been published yet on my blog, so you’re seeing it early.

Thoroughbred Status

I touched upon this briefly in my previous post Karma is a Motherfucker; this is Thoroughbred Status. To reach thoroughbred status you have to see and/or experience things that numb your emotions to a certain extent. Doing this will allow you to see women as they really are, rather than a romanticized version. Seeing women as they really are allows you to interact with them as normal human beings rather than as mythical beings. This is a problem that a lot a guys have. No one is all good; we all have bad traits; understanding this allows us not to view women as white or black, but rather gray.

Now, notice that I used the word “understand”. Understanding is the strongest aspect of an aspiring player/mack. Some guys think that being completely unfeeling for women will make your game strong; these guys do not know what they are talking about. In order to strategize and use someone to your benefit, you must first understand that person. If you do not understand your target, then you will not be able to utilize that person effectively, putting all your actions to null. Empathy is different from sympathy. To emphasize with a person simply means you understand that person. To sympathize for a person means you feel sorry for that person. As a player/mack you want to understand them, but do not necessarily have to feel sorry for them, and you usually shouldn’t. Feeling sorry for them will make you vulnerable to manipulation and their strongest asset, tears. Tears for a woman is her trump card. When her nagging does not work, her praising does not work, and her offers of sexual gratification does not work, then her last trump card is to cry. The book The Art of Seduction talks about how a woman’s ultimate trump card is crying, and if that does not work, then she has no control over her man. You have to understand women so you can use your understanding of her to your advantage, and her advantage as well, so do not be ashamed to be empathetic towards women but rather embrace it.

By the way, to answer your second question—in regards to this mostly being active in Black people—it’s likely because many societies have a hateful neglect for us, along with a myriad of other things. Due to this, we likely have an emotional imbalance that causes us to likely be more prone to being emotionally insensitive to others—since this is the treatment we routinely receive from different societies’ dominant race.

(Disclosure: I may be compensated for sales of products linked to.)
