Indeed gamification is huge. No fear of failure or consequences, just try and try again until it works. It was a little frustrating though as he hinted at how he manages to teach people computer stuff with this way of thinking, but only gives the example at the beginning... I'd have liked more advice instead of his self promotion of things he invented
