I'm not Kidd but.. The need may make you seek approval, but also it may be symptom of not knowing who you are for sure.

if you call yourself confident, yet still seek approval from others it means you aren't confident to begin with. Confidence means being sure of yourself ( Self Confidence :roll: ) where as if you seek approval it means that you are unsure of yourself so you need others to Validate you.

I've learned self confidence in a few different ways one of which comes from Nathaniel Branden "The experience of being effective and appropriate towards life" it implies that self esteem is more than just feeling good, there are drugs out there that can make you feel good if thats what you're after.

I thought this was what the extensive training is for. apart of your training is the ability to assess and decipher anything that comes in your path. you know the make up and weakness of the "matrix". you know, seeing the thing for what it is ( the green or gold coding) :|
