Very important reference book for Zhan Zhuang and Qi Gong

By Yu Yong Niang

This is probably the best book I have found for reference on this subject, especially for beginners. Gives principles, practice and experiences.

Really love this practice man. Didn't have time today! :-(

I recommend everyone try it. Great test of mental and physical endurance with so many amazing benefits. If you can do this you surely have the mental strength to become the man women want

How has this practice helped you on your path to freedom...what does it do for you and for that matter how can I do it?

I've read more than half the book, but its much of theory.

Recently just finished reading this book and I'm looking back at my old post and scratching my head. Definitely did not take my time and read the book thoroughly the first time around.

This is a great book for a thorough understanding of ZZ, as peregrinus mentioned.
