THE IDEAL WOMAN — What I Am Looking For & What I Reject
Based on John Griffin's framework, the Yin Yang / Carl Jung anima projection model, and the explicit relationship contract.
1. THE YIN YANG FRAMEWORK — Don't Confuse Projection With Reality
In the Yin Yang symbol:
- The white half (masculine) contains one black dot — the feminine within / the anima
- In women, the reverse: the white dot in the black — the animus
Carl Jung's insight: You unconsciously project your anima onto women. What you "see" in her is sometimes only that projection — not who she actually is.
The danger: You feel inexplicably drawn to a woman. You cannot explain why. That is exactly the alarm signal: you are projecting, you are NOT seeing the real person.
Pre-requisite exercise: Before any search, identify what within you is being projected onto "the feminine ideal." What idealized female figures do you carry in your head (artists, movie characters, maternal figures)? Are they real or archetypal?
2. WHY DO YOU WANT A RELATIONSHIP?
Must be answered in writing, by hand, on paper — not typed.
Mandatory questions:
- Why do I want a long-term relationship with a woman?
- What do I hope she will bring me that I do not already have?
- Do I feel incomplete without her? (If yes → do NOT search. Work on yourself first.)
- What am I willing to sacrifice for this relationship?
- What am I NOT willing to sacrifice?
- Does the thought of this relationship energize me or exhaust me? Why?
Rule: If you cannot answer these questions with total clarity, you are not ready. You will pounce on the first "reasonable facsimile" that resembles what you think you want.
3. THE IDEAL RELATIONSHIP — Describe It Before You Search
Describe the relationship itself (not the woman):
- The atmosphere: Light? Deep? Intense? Peaceful? What does it feel like day-to-day?
- The roles: What is your role? What is her role? Are they complementary or identical?
- Responsibilities: Who handles what? How are decisions made?
- The objective: Marriage? Children? Partnership without institution? Lifelong commitment? Shared project?
- The central exchange:
- You bring what? (time, protection, resources, stability, presence)
- She brings what? (presence, connection, support, peace, femininity, intimacy)
- Is the exchange balanced?
- Intimacy: What role does the physical play in emotional connection? Is she aligned with you on this?
- Conflict: How do you handle disagreements? Is she capable of difficult conversations without threatening the relationship?
- Freedom: Does each person have their own space? Their autonomy? Their own goals?
4. THE AVATAR — Portrait of the Woman You Seek
Do not look for "pretty." Be specific about character.
4.1 Core — Non-Negotiable
Check only what is TRULY indispensable ( > 90% satisfaction required):
- [ ] Psychological stability (no unmanaged disorders, no chronic emotional chaos)
- [ ] Mental health — self-awareness, capacity for introspection
- [ ] Minimum intelligence — capable of deep conversations, critical thinking
- [ ] Emotional maturity — no meltdowns, no breakup threats, no games
- [ ] Independence — does not need you to be complete (otherwise you inherit a repair project)
- [ ] Alignment on the exchange — understands that physical intimacy is the glue of emotional connection for you
- [ ] Loyalty — her word has weight
- [ ] Inner peace — does not bring chaos into your life
4.2 Character — Strongly Desired
- [ ] Sense of humor — lightness, ability to laugh together
- [ ] You genuinely like her — not just attracted, you would spend time with her as a friend
- [ ] Compatible spirituality — not the same religion, but the same level of consciousness
- [ ] Healthy relationship with her family (or at least awareness of wounds and work on them)
- [ ] Healthy, lasting friendships
- [ ] Healthy relationship history (no unresolved traumas constantly replaying)
- [ ] Energy between you: fluid, easy, no permanent power struggle
- [ ] Ability to tell you "no" without it being a punishment
- [ ] Respect for your time, space, and goals
4.3 Lifestyle — Practical Alignment
- [ ] Compatible lifestyle (sleep, diet, activity level)
- [ ] Aligned relationship with money (spending, saving, debt, priorities)
- [ ] Compatible life project (children, location, travel, pace)
- [ ] Personal ambition — has her own goals (does not live through you)
- [ ] Financial autonomy (is not looking for a "provider" to exist)
4.4 The Test Question
"Would I still love and respect her if she no longer had sex with me?"
If the answer is no → it is a disguised transactional relationship, not a true partnership.
5. WHAT YOU WILL NOT TOLERATE — The Relationship Killers List
These are absolute deal-breakers. No second chances. If she displays any of these traits, you do NOT commit / you leave immediately.
5.1 Absolute Deal-Breakers (Zero Tolerance)
- [ ] Untreated psychological instability (severe mood disorders, unmanaged BPD, narcissism)
- [ ] Chronic lying / manipulation / gaslighting
- [ ] Verbal or physical violence in any form
- [ ] Infidelity (if the agreement is exclusivity)
- [ ] Intimacy withheld as a weapon or leverage
- [ ] Divorce / breakup threats during arguments (once is enough — the relationship is dead)
- [ ] Hidden debt, severe financial irresponsibility
- [ ] Active untreated addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling)
- [ ] Chronic victimhood / "damsel in distress" — you are not her savior
- [ ] Refusal to sign a bilateral prenuptial agreement (if marriage is considered)
5.2 Serious Deal-Breakers (2-3 Chances Max)
- [ ] Disrespectful communication (tone, words, attitude)
- [ ] Bad faith in arguments — always your fault, never hers
- [ ] Pathological jealousy / control / possessiveness
- [ ] Disinterest in your life, goals, and inner world
- [ ] Inability to apologize sincerely
- [ ] Chronic imbalance in investment (you give, she takes)
6. THE BOUNDARY SYSTEM — How You Enforce It
6.1 Hierarchy
- Red — Absolute deal-breaker (e.g., violence, chronic lying) → Consequence: Immediate breakup, no return
- Orange — Firm boundary (e.g., disrespect, bad faith) → Consequence: 1 warning → 2nd time → breakup
- Yellow — Soft boundary (e.g., habits, preferences) → Consequence: Discussion, mutual adaptation
6.2 Enforcement Protocol
- 1st violation (orange boundary): "I cannot have this in my life. I need peace. If this continues, I cannot continue this relationship."
- 2nd violation: "This is your last chance. If it happens again, it is over."
- 3rd violation: You leave. No negotiation. No return.
If you have to state the same boundary more than once, the relationship is heading toward its end regardless. Do not cling to hope that she will change.
6.3 The "Reasonable Facsimile" Trap
You will meet women who have some of the qualities you are looking for, but not all of them. They will look like your ideal if you squint.
The question you must ask yourself:
"If I knew with absolute certainty that the woman I described exists and is looking for me too, would I accept this approximate version?"
If the answer is no → you walk away.
7. LEGAL AND CONTRACTUAL STRUCTURE
If marriage or long-term commitment with financial co-mingling:
NON-NEGOTIABLE: Bilateral prenuptial agreement.
Why:
- In the traditional exchange (man's resources ↔ woman's intimacy), the state can force the man to provide resources, but cannot force the woman to provide intimacy.
- The leverage imbalance is real. An angry woman can use the threat of divorce as a weapon. The moment the word "divorce" is spoken in a conflict, the relationship is already dead.
- The contract is not a plan for failure. It is life insurance. You do not plan to die at 30, but you buy insurance to protect your family if it happens.
The contract must be bilateral — it also protects her interests and rights.
Compatibility test: If she flatly refuses a prenuptial agreement, she does not have the depth of thought to understand power dynamics in modern marriage. She is not the woman you need.
8. MINDSET — ABUNDANCE VS. SCARCITY
8.1 The Scarcity Mindset (Eliminate)
- "What if I never find someone this good again?"
- "She has 80% of what I want. This might be the best I can get."
- "I am getting older. Time is running out."
Consequence: You accept women who are wrong for you, you ignore red flags, you stay in relationships that destroy you.
8.2 The Abundance Mindset (Cultivate)
- There are 4+ billion women on the planet.
- The one you are looking for is also looking for you.
- You are the prize — you offer your time, your presence, your energy. That is the most precious gift you can give.
- You do not "find" her through force. You become clear on what you want, and you let the universe do the filtering.
8.3 The Mantra
"I do not want 'almost perfect.' I want the one who is aligned. I prefer to be alone than badly accompanied. I am complete alone. A relationship will enrich an already full life, not fill a void."
9. THE EVALUATION PROTOCOL
When you meet a woman:
Phase 1: Pre-Selection (First Date)
- [ ] Is there mutual attraction?
- [ ] Is the conversation fluid and light?
- [ ] Are there immediate red flags (victimhood, arrogance, disinterest in you)?
- [ ] Do you feel like you are projecting something unreal onto her?
- [ ] Do you feel at peace, or in a state of anxious excitement?
Phase 2: Observation (Dates 2-5)
- [ ] How does she speak about the people in her life (family, exes, friends, coworkers)?
- If ALL her exes are "crazy" or "toxic" → red flag
- If she only talks about her problems → red flag
- [ ] How does she react to a minor disagreement?
- [ ] Is she curious about YOU (not just what you can provide)?
- [ ] Does she keep her commitments (punctuality, promises)?
- [ ] How does she treat waitstaff, employees, people without status?
Phase 3: Deep Compatibility (Before Commitment)
- [ ] Have you had a conversation about core values?
- [ ] Have you discussed money, children, location, roles?
- [ ] Have you had a conflict and resolved it healthily?
- [ ] Have you discussed the legal contract and the vision of commitment?
- [ ] Is your life BETTER with her than without her? (Not "different" — better)
- [ ] Do you feel MORE yourself with her, or less?
10. THE ICEBERG — What's Really Beneath The Surface
Remember that what you project onto her says more about you than about her.
- She seems "free and wild" → You project your repressed need for freedom. Check: Is she reliable and committed, or unstable and avoidant?
- She seems to "need you" → You project your need to be indispensable. Check: Is she capable of living without you?
- She seems "deep and mysterious" → You project your unexplored need for meaning. Check: Is she genuinely introspective or just emotionally unavailable?
- She seems "passionate and intense" → You project your need for strong emotions. Check: Is she passionate or unstable?
- She seems to "need saving" → You project your need to be a hero. Check: Is she a functional adult?
Rule: The more inexplicable and irrational the attraction, the more you are projecting. The more you project, the less you truly see her.
11. THE FINAL CHECKLIST — Before Validation
You think you have found the right one?
- [ ] She does NOT make me feel like a repair project
- [ ] She has her own life, her own goals, her own stability
- [ ] She understands the exchange — I am not a resource dispenser
- [ ] Intimacy is natural and mutually valued
- [ ] Conflicts are resolved without threats, punishment, or contempt
- [ ] She accepts the contractual and legal framework without manipulation
- [ ] My life is objectively better with her
- [ ] I do not feel the constant need to walk on eggshells
- [ ] She has substance — not just surface qualities
- [ ] I truly love her — not just the idea I have of her
FINAL REMINDER
The ideal relationship is not the end of the journey — it is the beginning of another. And even with the perfect woman on paper, the daily work remains.
But if you have done this clarification work beforehand, you will have eliminated 95% of problems before they begin.
"If you want butterscotch, do not accept coffee. Hold out for the butterscotch."
