Define aggressive and persistent...

Been wondering the same thing recently. When I was in sales sometimes during the close we would hand them the clipboard and see if they take it. Also we would ask (assuming the sale) and let the silence be until they answered. Not stepping in to fill space is a kind of persistence. Stillness, space can also be very aggressive and intimidating, if you have ever played cash poker you know what I mean.

It comes down to an understanding of contexts and how they inter relate...you must keep your mind focused on the bigger picture. Only with that can you put everything in perspective, which battles need to be fought and which ones only distract you and are wasted energy.

If it is unneeded you cloak :geek:

If it is needed you embrace it and derive the tactical from what best suits the strategical. :ugeek:

If, to you, aggressive means being straightforward (which means more than just being vocal) about your expectations

and

persistent means expressing and sticking to those expectations through your actions (i.e. finishing how you start),

then

maintaining space is not very hard. Actually, space will be unrelated to those two concepts. It will derive itself from simply filling your time up with doing the things you love to do.

However,

if, to you, aggressive means needy (do some push-ups)

and

persistent means you are unable to take a hint (lack of observation skills, lying to yourself),

then

yes, your "persistance" (impatience) and "aggression" (neediness) will infringe upon the space between you and the woman.

In essence if what you are selling is high quality, and therefore you are unnattached to the buyer strolling into your shop, then you don't need to be aggressive or persistent.

8-) Leo got this on lockdown, why would you need to be aggressive and persistent when YOU'RE the prize and she has to win YOU over.
