Yep. On a similar note of approaching (in general, not so much that girl), I was ringing up a girl at work and she was just starring into me eyes intently, like she was frozen in time. She definitely likes you dude. No girl goes through all that trouble of messaging you if she doesn't like the guy. She's not approaching you because she likes you so much that she gets nervous around you and due to the fact that you guys have a past, she's probably afraid that she blew her chance and is afraid of rejection just as much as you are. If you do like her, I say go for it but be a man about it. No more neediness though. Be a man.

You said she doesn't hold value to you? I highly doubt that. It seems like your sweatin this girl hard and she's sweatin you too. The decision is entirely up to you to do something about it or not. You said you want a gf, take your time with this girl though, don't rush anything. A relationship is a serious commitment.
