Just from context, sexual transmutation sounds like channeling sexual desire and/or frustration positively into activities that help to maximize your potential...like going to the gym regularly or keenly focusing on a academic and/or financial endeavor. :geek:
I've experienced this first hand. Keeping my 'vital energy' (cum) in gave me a lot of energy in the long run.

Royce Gracie, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighter (thread), mentioned in his documentary Choke that he doesn't have sex for long periods before his fights. His wife was on camera when said all that and you could see the sexual frustration in her face. She might have even said something about it on camera, but I don't remember. :lol:
