This guy sucks. There's your review. He specialises in body reconditioning that is the fascia beneath the skin, the stuff holding your bones together. He says that body language is what attracts women and shows you a bunch of excersises that recondition the fascia beneath your skin. I did this and now my shoulder is easily seperated, I walk really slow and my posture is terrible. If I could sue I would. |

That is the best course i have ever done. Maybe you did something wrong or too fast and made it worser than before. How long you did the exercises because on the first 2 weeks your walk feels strange because of the exercises. I stretch now since the beginning of 2011 and i walk like a male model. |

My posture isn't relaxed because my hamstrings are loose...my posture is relaxed because I know that I have the upper hand with any woman I decide to talk to...and they know that I'm doing THEM the favor. I just don't understand how some of you guys fall for this fucking bullshit every damn day...I really dont. |

I do stretching exercises every day: for the sole purpose of making my body more flexible and because I sit near the computer a lot.... I have never heard of anyone who became a women magnet from stretching if your mindest is correct and you know your worth you don't have to think about your posture or how you walk. It's all about how you feel inside. There was a time in the commnunity where I was taught: walk like this, stand like this and etc..but it was just acting... Once I fixed my mindset I don't have to think about how I walk or how I stand. Look at David X's videos as an example: he doesn't have 'the best posture or walk' in the 'commnunity terms' and yet he was one of the most succesful people who taught most of the early teachers. |

If your mind is on the right track, your body will follow. Trying to force your body before your mind is ready is full of bullshit.. Its FAKE! and people will smell it a mile off. Sort your minds out, the rest will follow. |

Let's correct some stuff - Rob's "method" is supposed to relax and flex the body, which improves it's movement and also affects the mind. Now in theory this is great, there's great stuff out there like Alexander Technique, yoga and many other methods where relaxing and releasing tension in the body does affect the mind too, and this makes sense, there is a mind-body connection, and it works both ways. The problem is that Rob promises that the exercises will turn you into a woman magnet and that is just wrong. Had he recommended it as a way to create some relaxation and better posture, it would have been great. I used to do the exercises, most of them didn't really make me feel a difference, however there is one that really does work and is quite amazing - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFO4fX1f ... re=related You can really see when you stretch your hands to the floor that there is a difference, and you do feel more relaxed. I do it every morning. Anyway I also know that some of his exercises are not really something he developed, tennis balls helped people who are in pain way before Rob, and he also has a new product, that it's content is simply stolen from someone else. I wouldn't recommend his stuff. |

If any of you want to try something to relax your mind and body then try this: http://www.naturalfreedom.info/viewtopi ... uang#p1335 It will not make you a woman magnet, it will have an effect on your mind and body. As for the other stuff.. pfft |

What the fuck are you defending, Bonder? No one said that the exercises are ineffective...and you concur yourself that the exercises in this context are hooey so...WTF WAS all of THAT for? |

Who's defending anything? I am just giving away my point of view on this, while explaining what his exercises are supposed to achieve. I think you should follow your own advice about reading thoroughly... Peregrinus - thanks. Could you explain a bit about you experience with Qigong? |

Well, you started off with 'let's correct some stuff'...then went into what his stuff is SUPPOSED to do...and then end up saying what Rob PROMISES this stuff is SUPPOSED to do... So yeah, if you're gonna hit me with some shit like this, reading thoroughly isn't helping anyone...least of all myself. So, if you could make sense of it for the mental midgets that obviously can't read throughly, I..err...they would definitely appreciate it. |

I am writing in English and thinking in Hebrew, so sorry for the misunderstanding. The right phrase would be "let's clarify this" or something like that, I did not mean to disagree with anyone (as can be understood from the content of the post), I just went through his stuff and wanted to explain the idea of it.
then went into what his stuff is SUPPOSED to do...and then end up saying what Rob PROMISES this stuff is SUPPOSED to do
I didn't understand what's the problem here...Anyway, the point is that there is a mind-body connection and you can get results by working on both sides, but Rob's stuff doesn't really do that and certainly doesn't make you a women magnet. It does help a bit your posture but only slightly and temporarily. |
