Apparently Topgrounding isn't the most effective way to ground. It's too close to tantra, we're supposed to be doing KOPgrounding (kundalini).

THE best way to ground is DUMPGrounding. While you are unloading the leftover dinner of the day, you ground to palmy to make the synaptic connection to shit.
