Hi guys,

Before I go back to gem hunting in the Lounge section, I would like to express my thanks to all of you that have shared your journeys and the wisdom that you've realized along the way. Since finding Natural Freedom posts while researching a "natural" PUA guru about 6 months ago , this place has been a source of inspiration, humor and of course truths that I found at once both hard to swallow and were yet still undeniable.

I'm 31 and live in eastern Canada. I was the standard quiet, fat, awkward, dorky non-entity throughout my school years and around my workplace for a very long time and believed that I was content. After a breakdown and introspecting on long daily walks, I am not so quiet anymore and dropped 60 lbs since last March. The increased compliments from women were enough early on to keep me focused on improving, but I am now motivated by impressing myself first and testing my limits.

I'll get laid at some point (yes, there is one more late-bloomer virgin on the forum), but I've found higher goals than pounding pussy to strive for right now. The work never ends, and that is a satisfying thought for me.

Welcome man! I'd recommend having a good look at the Gems and Precious Threads section of the forum.

You're on the right path though! Keep grinding, you already see that that in itself brings rewards. The path, not the destination, and all that.

Welcome :D And as they say, you cannot connect the dots looking forwards, but by only looking back.

A good start indeed

reading this I remember my journey before I woke up. It was very painful at times but
It's better than living in some fantasy land

so many years of Hollywood and society brainwashing really fucked us up

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! Now that the holidays are over, I am devoting more time to studying the forum and contributing any personal realizations that surface.

Randomly returning to a thread that I may have read a day or maybe two weeks previous and finding that suddenly it rings true with some situation that I'm currently dealing with always gives me pause for a chuckle.

"How did I miss this before? It's so obvious!"

And on the sex side of life, I was spontaneously kissed on the cheek New Year's Eve day by a customer. She had to be pushing 75-80 years old so....barometer?
